ZUFU HOME SPC Stone Plastic Flooring 230×1220×8mm is the flagship commercial-grade flooring in our product line. The 230mm extra-wide plank creates a spacious, grand visual effect, while the 8mm total thickness (5.5mm SPC core + 2.5mm IXPE thickened acoustic pad) delivers maximum foot comfort and sound insulation performance. The 0.5mm extra-thick wear layer ensures the highest level of abrasion resistance, purpose-built for high-traffic commercial spaces and top-tier residential projects.

Five-Layer Composite Structure

• Layer 1 - UV Coating: Commercial-grade anti-UV coating with high-intensity fade protection, suitable for high-light environments.
• Layer 2 - Wear Layer (0.5mm): Commercial-grade extra-thick transparent wear layer with T-class wear rating, resisting heavy foot traffic and furniture dragging.
• Layer 3 - SPC Core Layer (5.5mm): Thickened high-density stone plastic core with exceptional dimensional stability and impact resistance.
• Layer 4 - Balance Layer: High-strength balance layer ensuring structural stability of the extra-wide plank.
• Layer 5 - IXPE Thickened Pad (2.5mm): Thickened cross-linked polyethylene foam pad providing optimal sound insulation, cushioned comfort, and thermal insulation.

Installation Guide

1. Ensure the subfloor is level, dry, and clean with a flatness tolerance of no more than 2mm per 2m (stricter commercial-grade standard).
2. Allow planks to acclimatize indoors for 48-72 hours before installation.
3. No additional moisture barrier is needed since the IXPE pad is already integrated.
4. For large areas, start installation from the center line working outward in both directions to ensure symmetry.
5. Extra-wide plank click-lock installation requires careful angle control; insert at 15-20° then gently press to engage.
6. Expansion joints with T-molding transitions are recommended every 10+ meters.
7. After installation, fit skirting boards and transition strips.
