ZUFU HOME SPC Stone Plastic Flooring 180×1200×6mm is a premium flooring product with an integrated IXPE sound-dampening pad. The 4mm SPC rigid core combined with a 2mm IXPE acoustic underlay provides a total thickness of 6mm, ensuring both dimensional stability and excellent foot comfort with superior noise reduction — specially designed for apartments and multi-story residential buildings.
Five-Layer Composite Structure
- Layer 1 - UV Coating: Anti-UV treatment prevents fading and aging, extending the floor's lifespan.
- Layer 2 - Wear Layer (0.3mm): Transparent wear-resistant layer effectively resists daily abrasion and scratches.
- Layer 3 - SPC Core Layer: Rigid core made from limestone powder and PVC fused under high temperature and pressure, dimensionally stable with no expansion or contraction due to temperature changes.
- Layer 4 - Balance Layer: Enhances overall balance and structural stability of the plank.
- Layer 5 - IXPE Pad (2mm): Integrated cross-linked polyethylene foam pad providing superior sound insulation, noise reduction, and cushioning comfort.

Installation Guide
- Ensure the subfloor is level, dry, and clean with a flatness tolerance of no more than 3mm per 2m.
- Allow planks to acclimatize indoors for 48 hours before installation.
- Start from one corner of the room, install along the direction of light, leaving an 8-10mm expansion gap around all walls.
- Insert the short side of the plank at approximately 20° angle into the lock of the previously installed plank, then gently press down to engage.
- Use a rubber mallet to gently tap and ensure locks are fully engaged; install row by row.
- After installation, fit skirting boards to cover expansion gaps.
