The 4mm balanced thickness achieves the optimal balance between stability, foot comfort, and cost, making it the standard for residential flooring. Five-Layer Composite Structure
- Layer 1 - UV Coating: Anti-UV treatment prevents fading and maintains vibrant, long-lasting colors.
- Layer 2 - Wear Layer (0.3mm): High-density transparent wear layer effectively resists daily abrasion, scratches, and stains.
- Layer 3 - SPC Core Layer: Rigid core from limestone powder and PVC fused at high temperature and pressure, density up to 1900-2000kg/m³, extremely dimensionally stable.
- Layer 4 - Balance Layer: Bottom balance layer ensures the plank does not warp or deform.

Installation Guide
- Ensure the subfloor is level, dry, and clean with a flatness tolerance of no more than 3mm per 2m.
- Allow planks to acclimatize indoors for 48 hours before installation.
- Start from the longest wall side, installing along the direction of light.
- Place spacers against the wall for the first row to maintain an 8-10mm expansion gap.
- Insert subsequent planks at 20° angle into the previous lock, then gently press to engage.
- Cut planks as needed at the end of each row; leftover pieces can start the next row.
- After all planks are installed, fit skirting boards.
