ZUFU HOME SPC Stone Plastic Flooring 183×1220×3.7mm is an ultra-thin economic flooring product. At just 3.7mm thickness, it is the best choice for budget projects, while its lightweight design significantly reduces transportation costs. This product can be installed directly over existing floors without removing old flooring, greatly simplifying the renovation process.

Five-Layer Composite Structure

• Layer 1 - UV Coating: Anti-UV treatment prevents fading and aging.
• Layer 2 - Wear Layer (0.2mm): Transparent wear-resistant layer meets daily use abrasion requirements.
• Layer 3 - SPC Core Layer: Rigid core made from limestone powder and PVC fused under high temperature and pressure, dimensionally stable and warp-free.
• Layer 4 - Balance Layer: Ensures plank flatness and structural stability.
• Layer 5 - Anti-slip Backing: Increases friction between the floor and subfloor to prevent shifting.

Installation Guide

1. Ensure the subfloor is level, dry, and clean with a flatness tolerance of no more than 3mm per 2m.
2. Can be installed directly over tiles, concrete, or existing flooring (subfloor must be level).
3. Allow planks to acclimatize indoors for 48 hours before installation.
4. Start from one corner of the room, leaving an 8-10mm expansion gap.
5. Align the click-lock, insert at approximately 20° angle, then press down to engage.
6. After installation, fit skirting boards to cover expansion gaps.
