SGS is an internationally recognized third-party testing authority whose test reports are widely accepted and trusted globally.
Test Items and Results
Physical Performance Testing
SGS conducted rigorous testing on multiple physical performance indicators of our SPC flooring:
- Dimensional Stability: Within the temperature range of -20°C to 60°C, product dimensional change rate was less than 0.1%, far exceeding the industry standard requirement of 0.3%.
- Abrasion Resistance: After 6,000-revolution abrasion testing, surface wear was far below standard limits, achieving the highest AC5 rating.
- Impact Resistance: In falling ball impact tests, the product surface showed no cracks or significant deformation, passing the highest-grade impact test.
- Waterproof Performance: After 24-hour water immersion testing, expansion rate was 0%, demonstrating complete waterproofing.
Chemical Performance Testing
SGS chemical safety testing results were equally impressive:
- Formaldehyde Emission: Not detected (ND), far below E0 standard requirements.
- Heavy Metal Content: Lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, and other heavy metals were all not detected, complying with EU RoHS directive requirements.
- Phthalates: Not detected, complying with REACH regulation requirements.
- VOC Emission: Volatile organic compound emissions were extremely low, meeting the most stringent indoor air quality standards.
